Jaxson joined Discipline Wealth Solutions to provide back-office support and operational efficiency to the team. As the Portfolio Analytics & Trading Lead, he is responsible for monitoring client account activity, ongoing account maintenance, and portfolio reconciliation. He is a recent graduate with a degree in Economics from Furman University. Jaxson grew up in Utica, Ohio and is always cheering on the Ohio sports teams. In his free time he enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with friends or family, playing golf, and disc golf.

Cristina Alcala
Cristina joined Discipline Wealth Solutions as the Executive Assistant. She graduated from Florida International University, majoring in Hospitality Management with a minor in Event Planning. Cristina has worked in the hospitality industry, from restaurants to catering, and has had over 10 years of administrative experience. Cristina joined the team to help organize the flow and structure of all of Bryan’s and the company’s tasks. She also assists the marketing team. Cristina was born and raised in Miami, FL, and moved to Greenville, SC in 2021 to be closer to nature and experience all four seasons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, finding new recipes to cook & bake, and traveling to new cities and destinations.
Valerie Campbell
Valerie joined Discipline Wealth Solutions as our Office Manager. She has over a decade of experience in the finance industry and has served as an office manager for the past three years. Originally from Northern Virginia, she moved to Greenville, SC, in 2006 and holds an associate’s degree in general studies. Valerie is dedicated to her community, especially to supporting children; she is the proud parent of seven kids. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through working out and hiking.
