Bryan is the president and founder of Discipline Wealth Solutions (DWS). As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, Bryan’s passion lies in helping financial professionals navigate their clients’ financial lives and helping them ultimately achieve their greatest financial goals.
With 25 years of experience, he educates financial professionals on the principles of objectivity, independence, and client-centered wealth planning. His goal is to help advisors move past just being efficient or about money. He wants to help the advisor community grow Wealth on Purpose. Bryan believes strongly in the management of individual behavioral mistakes that are often made in traditional financial and investment planning. Much of his advisor coaching is centered around communication and tools to help advisors with these challenges.
Anthony Colancecco Jr, CFP®, CRPC™

Anthony is the Chief Operating Officer and founder of Discipline Wealth Solutions. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, his passion is helping financial professionals with guiding their clients through their financial journey. Continuously stressing the importance of building and maintaining relationships, he provides financial professionals with the market knowledge, technology, and resources they require to effectively meet their client needs. With over 12 years of experience, he educates financial professionals on the principles of objectivity, independence, and client-centered wealth planning. Anthony brings a level of detail and knowledge that is invaluable to our team. His goal is to help advisors move past just being efficient or about money.
Terri Walton Boyer

Terri Walton Boyer is joining Discipline Wealth Solutions as Operations Manager, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry. She holds a Management certification from Harvard Business School (online) and is a Villanova University graduate. Terri’s expertise lies in building and sustaining strong relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to support the firm and clients in reaching peak performance. She and her family are from Philadelphia. Together, they enjoy spending quality time in Ocean City, New Jersey, with extended family.
Eric Stein, CFA®

Prior to joining East Bay, Eric worked for a variety of firms, both large and small. This includes 7+ years with Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he held roles in areas such as performance measurement, client service, risk analysis, and portfolio construction. During his tenure there, Eric had the opportunity to cover many different types of asset classes, vehicles, and client types. Eric also worked at RSM U.S. Wealth Management for 10+ years, serving as the Chief Investment Officer while providing strategic leadership and solutions for their national investment platform.
Mario Nardone, CFA®

Mario began his investment career in 1999 with Vanguard mutual funds in Valley Forge, PA, where he consulted institutions and financial advisors on investment policy, portfolio construction, and Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). He also held roles as a research analyst, a municipal bond fund specialist, among others during his tenure. In 2003 he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and he continues to mentor aspiring Charter candidates and young investment professionals.
Brett Wheeler, CFP®

With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry in both personal wealth and portfolio management, Brett brings a relatable experience and perspective to the advisors Discipline Wealth Solutions serves.
After earning a BBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Brett began his career working with individuals and families as a representative with an independent broker/dealer. In 2012, he started his own Registered Investment Advisor firm, leaving the commissioned-based business behind. Brett quickly gained a solid reputation as a portfolio manager for other investment advisors, leading his RIA to rebrand and rebuild in early 2015 to a firm that provides an infrastructure where advisors can come into and thrive. Starting as a solo shop with just two million dollars in AUM in 2012, the firm grew to five full-time advisors with one hundred thirty million dollars in AUM by the end of 2017.
Jesica Jackson
Jesica Jackson brings over 17 years of experience and industry knowledge, ranging from client service and operations to detailed implementation of portfolio administration & trading. She began her financial career working for Ameriprise while obtaining her BBA at University of Houston Bauer School of Business. She firsthand observed the power of assisting clients achieve their financial goals through the financial planning process and investing in the market. After becoming licensed to trade, she found her niche in personal portfolio management.
James Wilde
James Wilde has over 20 years of experience in financial services, concentrating in model-based trading and portfolio management. His ability to execute a wide variety of trades in a high-octane environment is tailor made for the team. James’s disciplined approach to efficient process building, thorough trade planning, and execution precision are hallmarks of his work ethic.
Jaxson Coad

Jaxson joined Discipline Wealth Solutions to provide back-office support and operational efficiency to the team. As the Operations Specialist, he is responsible for monitoring client account activity, ongoing account maintenance, and portfolio reconciliation. He is a recent graduate with a degree in Economics from Furman University. Jaxson grew up in Utica, Ohio and is always cheering on the Ohio sports teams. In his free time he enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with friends or family, playing golf, and disc golf.
Logan Tillotson

Logan joined Discipline Wealth Advisors to provide back-office support and operational efficiency to the team. As the Operations Specialist, he is responsible for monitoring client account activity, ongoing account maintenance, and portfolio reconciliation. He attended the University of South Carolina, graduating with a degree in Economics with a minor in business administration. Logan gained experience in the retail banking industry where he fell in love with helping people with their personal finances. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, kickboxing, and woodworking.
